I will complete a thorough market analysis to make sure your home is priced accurately to help ensure offers with terms suitable to you.
I will utilize an on-line marketing presence to include Realtor.com, Craigslist, Trulia, Coldwellbanker.com, wellcomemat.com, youtube, CBElite.com, and many more.
I will utilize a combination of still photos, video, and virtual tours to effectively get your home seen and remembered on-line and through e-mail.
I will conduct scheduled Open Houses and provide you with a “preparation guide” prior to, and instant feedback immediately after.
I will create a professional color brochure featuring interior and exterior color photos, a detailed floor plan of your home, a full description of your home’s highlights, and a variety of community information.
I will be in contact with you a minimum of once per week with market updates and “showing” feedback.
I will affectively promote your home to the professional real estate community to create an overall awareness of your home’s features.
I will give recommendations as to any improvements necessary to make your home show its best to home buyers and Realtors.
I will assist and facilitate all of the procedures necessary to reach settlement – such as appraisals, surveys, CO requirements, and home inspections.
I will meet with you a minimum of once per month – if your home is not sold – to discuss any possible ideas and/or solutions to create and increase showing activity level.
